Mary’s Meals USA
Mary’s Meals USA (MMUSA) raises awareness and funds to support Mary’s Meals school feeding programs in some of the world’s poorest communities, where hunger and poverty prevent children from accessing education. As of 2026, Mary’s Meals serves more than 3 million children every school day. MMUSA is headquartered in Bloomfield, New Jersey. The preferred location for this role is northern New Jersey, with a hybrid schedule that includes two days per week in the Bloomfield office with the Finance & Operations team. A remote arrangement may be considered for an exceptionally well-qualified candidate. Occasional domestic travel for meetings and business support in the U.S. may be required. The Senior Data and Analytics Manager will report directly to the Director of Finance & Operations.
Purpose of the CRM Lead Role
This is a key role in implementation of the strategic priority to broaden the awareness for Mary’s Meals in the U.S. (approximately 9,000 donors and 45,000 constituents) and increase the organization’s base of donors and supporters. The CRM Lead will manage the Salesforce Platform for the US and related marketing platform (Dot Digital) ensuring integrity of data in supporter database, managing campaigns and providing data insights and analytics.
Principal Duties
This role works with the Marketing, Development and Operations teams in the US and collaborates with the Digital and IT teams at Mary’s Meals International. The individual is responsible for administration and maintenance of the marketing technology stack with focus on Salesforce and email automation platform (Dot Digital). In addition, the individual is responsible for integrity of the Mary’s Meals US supporter database.
Principal duties for the CRM Lead include:
- Database management and integrity: ensure supporter data is clean and current, segmentation is accurate, and database is optimized for marketing and fundraising programs.
- Data analytics: assess campaigns and provide insights based on supporter activity to inform the evolution of marketing programs.
- Function as lead contact and conduit between the US team and Mary’s Meals International technology group to manage Salesforce updates, drive solutions to system issues and initiate requests for changes to the central platform to be made by Mary’s Meals International.
- Create campaigns in Salesforce, manage campaign execution and report on campaign activity.
- Create and manage multiple supporter journey programs, track activity and make recommendations for refinement.
- Manage and implement all supporter communications with the guidance of the Marketing team (both automated and campaign specific emails) using the Dot Digital email platform. Ensure appropriate connectivity and dynamic communication between Salesforce supporter database and Dot Digital email platform.
- Track and report on all relevant email metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
- Partner with the Marketing team and other team members to understand goals of marketing/fundraising programs and implement programs to achieve those goals.
- Partner with Digital Marketing and Design Officer to integrate Dot Digital platform functionality with website (forms, data collection and triggered emails) enhancing outbound marketing programs.
- Provide ongoing high-level training and internal support for Salesforce to Marketing, Development and Operations team members.
- Ongoing coordination with Operations team to guide accurate data entry into Salesforce
- Develop and maintain documentation for implementation and management of the Salesforce and Dot Digital platforms.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce software, preferably with a non-profit organization
- Experience with Salesforce and email marketing programs (preferably Dot Digital).
- Understanding of digital marketing principals including segmentation, targeting, tracking and analytics.
- Solid skills and proficiency with data analytics and insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint). Experience with Power BI also a plus
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly, highly self-motivated, with an enthusiastic and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work remotely with a geographically dispersed team.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Candidates located in Northern or Central New Jersey would also be preferred
